This year’s Sports Day will take place on Monday 20th May 2019 as follows:
Key Stage One – 9.30am to 11.30am
Key Stage Two – 1.10pm to 3.00pm
This year’s Sports Day will take on a different format to previous years and will be run by Chorley School Sports Partnership. Each child will complete four different activities, and these will be situated on different areas of the school grounds.
For each event there will be a ‘Parent Spectator Area’ where you will be able to watch your child in the different events. As the safety of the children is paramount, parents are only permitted to be in the spectator areas. Like previous Sports Days children will be assigned a colour team that they will represent throughout the event. The child’s colour will be communicated to you through their class teacher in the coming days.
We hope that this year’s Sports Day will be as enjoyable and previous years and we can provide a fantastic experience for all of our children.
