As you are aware, Year 6 will be sitting their SATs week commencing Monday 13th May. The test will begin with the spelling, punctuation and grammar (Spag) tests that will be take place on Monday 13th May. The reading tests will be taken on Tuesday 14th May. Mathematics papers 1 and 2 will be taken on Wednesday 15th May. Mathematics paper 3 will be taken on Thursday 16th May. All the children have worked incredibly hard, however we would like to remind that:
SATs don’t hear your laughter or see you’ve come this far,
SATs are just a tiny glimpse of who you really are.
So sitting at a table with your pencil and your test,
Remember SATs aren’t WHO you are, remember you’re the BEST!
