Tesco Diwali Talk
On Monday we learned more about the Hindu festival of Diwali when Helen and Adam from Tesco came into school.
We created some amazing Rangoli patterns on the playground using chalk, rice, lentils, split peas and pasta.
Outdoor Club
Key stage one children have had lots of fun this half term in outdoor club. They have been on scavenger hunts, created natural art pictures, played conkers and craeted an a-z of natural things in our school grounds.

Building a Stone Age Shelter
We loved building a Stone Age shelter this morning.
It wasn't very big but we managed to fit four children inside it.
I think there was a lot of learning taking place this morning in year 4.

Mile Monday
This half term every Monday morning we have walked a mile. This has been great exercise and has really woken us up ready to learn.

Y6 Pals training
Yesterday we completed our Play Leaders training (PALs). We had lots of active fun exploring and developing our leadership skills.
