Ribble Rivers Trust came in to lead a walk to our local river, the River Yarrow, with Year 3 and 4. We learned about different features of the river, such as: meanders and erosion, and even got up close and personal with different invertebrates that live in the river. Well done to the children, and staff, who showed dedication and perseverance with the weather during this visit.
