This week we have well and truly ‘nurtured children’s dreams’! An artist, a ninja warrior winner, a paediatric nurse, a dancer and a criminologist are just a few of the incredible experiences provided for children this week! Lucy, a local artist has worked with children in Key Stage 2, they have started to create a beautiful permanent art piece in the hall, all about the school vision. We have also had inspirational people visit, including two parents; a criminologist and a nurse, who talked to children about their jobs and their career path so far. Children across all year groups also worked with Alice, a local dance teacher who discussed with wannabe dancers how to pursue a career in dancer, the different types of dance. She also taught them an amazing routine! Finally, all classes had a session with a employee of HSBC bank, who spoke to all children about money management and aspirations. It’s been a great week, and we can’t wait to continue implementing our vision next year!
