The Chair of Governors gave us a surprise visit this week to share some of her favourite stories. She brought in many books some were over 60 years old. She talked with great passion about the stories she had read in her childhood and how she still had and loved these books now.
The children were enthralled to listen to the stories that Doris told us. We all really enjoyed Doris coming in to read to us.
