Today some of the children from our school visited the care homes within our local community, to deliver handmade cards as part of the initiative 'Cards for Kindness'.
I can't believe the welcome that we got from all the staff and residents from both Coniston House and Gillibrand Hall. The children even sang some songs to get into the Christmas spirit.
The residents loved their Christmas cards and it brought a smile to everyone's face.
