Year four have been learning all about Hinduism, the Diwali festival and the story of Rama and Sita. As part of our learning, yesterday we visited the Gujarat Hindu Temple in Preston.
What an amazing place to visit! We looked at the different shrines within the temple, the paintings and freezes of all the Gods and Goddesses along the walls of the temple and we looked at the puja trays for each of the shrines. The children learned lots about the Hindu religion.
