Well done to all the KS1 and Reception children who performed their nativity this week for parents and also residents from 2 local care homes.

The children did extremely well and I was very proud of them all.

Watching them all sing and tell the Christmas story was lovely and seeing the joy…

The Christmas Shop was a great success this week.

Evie always makes me smile and has such a positive attitude.

 Matthew has definitely made a difference this week and helped the homeless in Manchester.

I am very proud of both children. Well done!

A visitor came in to school for 2 days this week delivering science workshops to children in KS2.

She told me the following.

"Gillibrand is one of the best schools I have worked in!"

She then went on to say how welcoming all the staff and children are, how well behaved the children are…

Ian Richardson came in to school on Monday to thank the children for their fundrasing last year for the Chilli Children Trust, which supports children in Uganda.
